4 Dashes achievement?

Is there a modifier that increases dashes that somehow i haven't seem yet? How do you complete that?

There's a Legendary boon from the Fates that give you an extra dash, and a map interaction (the rabbit statue) that does the same thing temporarily. That's how you get 4.

there are also boots that give charges

I got the boots and had to take up to 5 runs to find a bunny to get the 4rth dash for the archivement. I got them on the shop so check it out every time you come back from a run.

Yeah the boots showed up finally, got the achievement.

That's one of the most random and hard achievements imo, unless you get lucky. There were several occasions where I had the fates buff but no bunnies in sight. And lots of runs where I hit 3 bunnies in a row at the same spot.

Sadly, finding multiple bunnies at once doesn't seem to work. I found two right next to each other and only one of them applied. =(

Oh yeah that's what I meant, you need 2 of either boon/bunny/boots and I don't seem to get both at once like ever.

Then there's the 'ghost matters' achievement, which I'm pretty sure has actually gotten harder, as it feels like near total RNG due to how ranged enemies spawn now. Can have a run that INSTANTLY screen clears everything, yet still get hit by an off-screen arrow that was hidden by your own visual noise, and thus functionally undodgeable.
