"More experience gain" or "Passive experience gain per second"

What best "More experience gain" or "Passive experience gain per second" in your opinion?

Feels like at start passive, later more experience at like 16m+, not tested, but that's how it feels. Combo is great, got one at like level 45 or so wth 6 passive and 120%+ extra:-)

Personally I like the passive XP gain better. Any character that's had that buff was able to get to level 30 rather easily. Because of the passive XP gain I find that I can forgo collecting XP crystals at least in the early game and focus on scouting the map for as many upgrades until things start to get crazy.

feel the same, I actually have around 100% extra and 0 passive, and get to lvl 38-40 almost every time

i really need to get lucky with xp gear since i have none at the moment, i m having hard time to get skadi to lvl 30 to unlock her trait, closest was 29.5
