choosing a god

i feel like this game really need the option to choose a god at the first lvl or have an option to reroll one .
i take summon dmg passive on my sorc but i never get death god , the one time i didnt take that passive i got death.
its really annoying to restart a game cuz u dont get the god u want .
same with Justice , i dont take with a melee guy , the game is over before it start .
HP regen item ar super Rare , and life steal are also rare .

other option is to give small regen as default.

I do think we need a way to force certain gods. I'm of the opinion that we should be able to use our banishes to banish the god completely for the run. Would also be cool if you could use like 2-3 alterations to force an alteration to a god we want. Think something along this line would be pretty good.

When it comes to forcing certain builds like Summons gear helps a lot. I found The Necromancer's Amulet it is a unique mythic tier 1 and has no stats at all. All it has is a skill called Skeletal Army which summons you 24 skeletons. Once I found this item I can always go into a Merris game and force summons because I always start with a minimum of 24 of them now. I would hope there is more gear like this for different builds and it takes time to farm the right gear for what you want. Personally would be cool if we had like a collection where we can see what gear can drop and what skills they can have.

I got 7 alterations total and can force 3 gods i want in 90% of runs.
