Legend offers?
For some reason I see that I have about 25% of legend offers from gods which is more than adept, expert and master offers yet I never got a legend offer. Visual bug?

Well, you would have had one master offer and two offers of adept tier.
But you got lucky and your master offer got upgraded into a legend offer.
Simple, isn`t it?

You had 2 level up offers and 1 new skill offer that would of been master. It got turned into a legend.
