Report a translation problem
The arrow keys work by default for movement, you don't need to rebind to them. WASD is set as a default alternative binding. What other keys could you not rebind?

It exists in pretty much every games forum that uses wasd movement. Moreso in games like this one.
I could accept the complaint, but I actually went and programmed re-bindable movement controls pre-release. I assume that there might have been a bug here, but I'm not trying to force anyone to play with WASD.

Just tested it. There's no issue with moving with the numpad besides the number not showing up on the keybind screen. Purely a visual issue.
Yes I just tested and it seems we're missing icons for the numpad. Rebinding to the numpad does work, though. I'll make sure we add icons.
