Hope this helps
1. Download google-chrome-stable_48.0.2564.116-1_i386.deb link : http://bbgentoo.ilb.ru/distfiles/
2. Extract "data.tar.xz/libpepflashplayer.so" from debian package to home (in my case : /home/arifi/Flash)
3. Edit "config.js" file in "/home/arifi/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/Evoland" to change path to extracted .so file "/home/arifi/Flash/libpepflashplayer.so" and save change.
4. Enjoy your game!
If you don't find the flash.so go there [get.adobe.com]
(if link doesn't work : go to Adobe Flash donwload, download the .tar.gz 32 bits version for you distro (my case Ubuntu)
Then you extract the libpepflashplayer.so where you want but remember tthe path
After that you have to modigy the config.js file of Evoland and paste the path :)
Enjoy
You can find the legacy chrome download here: https://archive.org/download/google-chrome-stable_48.0.2564.116-1_i386 . If you don't use a deb based distro, I'm sure you can find a similar link for your OS through googling the version number.
After that follow the same steps to extract libpepflashplayer.so into a directory and update the config. I did that just now and the game loaded.
