Problem with laundry distribution

I just built a second laundry for my prison but I'm having trouble with the laundry distribution in the Logistics tab. The prison automatically assigned some cells to the new laundry before it was ready so i tried to reassign them to the original laundry. However it seems I can only assign one cell block to either laundry at a time (even though there were multiples assigned when I started).

I enter the logistics tab and select laundry distribution, then I click on the laundry room and then on the cell block I want to assign. But when I click on the laundry again it voids my previous assignment. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Thanks for your help!

Pause the game (this prevents it from auto assigning while you're trying to manually do it.) Then right click all your laundries, this will remove all distribution and give you a clean slate. Click on your laundry then hold Shift and click on all the Cell Blocks you want to assign to that Laundry, repeat for Laundry 2 then unpause
