Here is my prison I have on the Workshop, you don't need to download it but the picture shows how everything sits. (Supermax and Death Row on the right, Max-Sec on the left)

Nice prison. Not going to download because I don't want my pc to explode ;)
Perimeter Walls, 100% indoors and at least a two sally-port Remote Door Staff Only entrances. Remote Doors being the strongest door type in the game gives security plenty of time to respond to anything kicking off.
They stop SMax leaving their block and it stops everyone else getting inside the PC wing.
I also placed lots of armed guards around the block just in case.
Too lazy to really design a separate block for them. Prefer to have everything look orderly instead :P

Max sec have the cells on the Left Side, Normal Sec has the middle holding cell and Min Sec has the Right Holding cell.
Guards with guns everywhere and which also does not increase the danger level.
Crap food and of course free fire on :P
That way i dont have to worry about my legendaries anymore
