Delivery system bugged?

Is the delivery system bugged or what? My delivery space is filled with bleach, the cleaning cupboard is filled with bleach and I only have like 16 cells. What triggers this unending flow of stuff being bought on my behalf?

Same goes for staff meals, got some in storage, got some in the staff canteen and I only have 20 staff members.

While each hour a truck with 1 bleach, 1 staff meal and 1 prisoner cloths is being bought. Really frustrating..

I'm getting bleach, pipes, and library books. Lots and lots of each. I keep having to expand my storage area to keep up while I manually dump boxes one by one.

I'm trying to build a new prison and I'm being flooded with uniforms, bleach, and staff meals for an empty facility.

This last update has made the game completely unplayable. Was working fine the day before. Now every single square of my cleaning room is filled with bleach, every square in my shop is filled with goods, every square of my laundry has 1 uniform, every square of my storage is filled with 1 staff meal or 1 store good, and every square of delivery space is filled with these things as well. And the trucks keep coming. I have a small prison that i just started with 40 prisoners and around 30 staff and yet there is nothing I can do to stop the delivery trucks. If my prison was 4 times bigger I still could never use all that is being delivered. I have 62 bottles of bleach for god sake and more coming every hour. Is there anyway to undo this last update? It ruined the game and I was right in the middle of having fun playing. Absolute BS I now have to stop playing a game I payed for and hope and wish on a star they undo what they did. And even if they do how long do I have to wait. What a disaster of an update. Oh and also the update broke the planning tool. Now only walls work. Cant plan objects or pathways. What a joke.

mines doing the exact opposite. no bleach so no cleaning task. the staff meals are coming in one at a time. these two bugs alone are making all the guards angry so once the prisoners get knocked out from every fight a angry off guard will kill them. laundry's are cleaning the uniforms but then do nothing with the clean clothes. still get a random one or two prisoners that just spawn in the water. i have a cell that wont let me take anything apart or place anything in it, cant take the room away even. some of my workers will take items from one storage to another storage on another island, then go build the item back over by the first storage and the docks/helipads delivery area is not connected to the other storage at all. also noticed my store has stacks of single items all over aswell.

Tho at one point the angry off guards killed my death row inmate for being a cop killer. he was the gang leader and of course that started a riot. got a good laugh from that one

Staff meals every hour.
I have 10 guards and 10.000 meals.

The opposite is happening for me - I have 450 inmates and 300 staff, but barely any uniforms or staff meals being delivered. My entire prison is critical on clothing need and staff food need.

Are you guys playing with or without mutators? I was wondering if it could be the "unlimited contraband" or "More contraband" mutators which I activated.

Nah I didn't. I only have clearer needs mod and still got this problem.

Just tried with nothing 'on' and still get these deliveries 1 by 1. Seems unplayable untill they fix this :(

The more staff you get, the less meal being deliver. The less staff you have, the more meal being deliver.

I play with no mods and no mutators. This game is unplayable in its current form. This should be fixed immediately. I can't believe they are charging money for this game and just leaving it as a broken mess. A few days ago I had a semi-working game now I have garbage.

I also just noticed it's also affecting workshop deliveries - there are no metal plates available to cut/stamp.
