How to mod origin version of PA

so i got PA on origin with origin access and i was quite excited, because i had been eyeing this game for a while. I saw that there was a star wars mod for the game and tried to figure out how to get it. I tried a steam workshop downloader that converts a workshop item into a .mod folder and it sounds like those dont work anymore..... All the files were empty too. I extracted it to the mods folder with 7zip but it still didnt work. I was wondering if there is a way to do it that im missing? Or should i buy the steam version (I got the origin one for free so id be fine with getting it if the answers yes) ....Thx

Activate the game on Steam. Once, done click on the Steam Workshop and do a search for the StarWars mod. It is there i have seen the mod but, do not use. Once found open the page and click on Subscribe. The mod will be downloaded to you game directory. Run PA again and go under Extras then Mods and it will list what has been installed but not activated. Click the check box next to each mod and when finished click on apply. Thats about it. Start your New Prison and it should be working.

i clicked subscribe but when i went into PA it was not in mods..

Did you use you the Key that came with PA and Activate it on Steam?

So... You bought the game on another platform and you came to steam for support? thats not very nice

7zip will not work properly, you must use winrar.
