Ending not satisfying, any rumours/news about a sequel?
That ending, no, just no! It was not satisfying at all! It was a straight up setting up for a sequel or DLC (that never happened) or something like that! I was expecting Ronan go up to heaven and be with Julia but NOOOOOO All you hear is her voice! No! I want to see it, not hear it! Hearing it means that something could have happened or he imagined it or something. Not satisfying! I was soooooooo immersed in his effort to solve the story as I felt sympathetic for Ronan (expect for that moment he was being a ♥♥♥♥ to Joy) about his desire to see his love again. But that ending just broke it! DX

Please tell me there is some rumour or news about a sequel? :clue:

Regardless of quality it sold poorly. I'm afraid it seems likely that there won't be a sequel.

Well, the ending cold be a bit better, and there is no option of free exploring after you finish that game, which for me, was dissapointing. Bot I hope that there will be a sequel.

The developer got canned just months after the game's release, I assume the chances of a sequel went with them.

The game was not satisfying at all, Square Enix doesn't seems to put any kind of afford to the game, the demons were totally nonsense, they were put there to waste your time, i was trying to find a way avoid them to save some time.

I did not find the game overall unsatisfying. I enjoyed the diversity the demons brought but I agree, by half way through the game, I ended up trying to just avoid them at all cost. Overall, I really enjoyed the game and thing Square Enix and Airtight Games did a great job with Murdered: Soul Suspect :woodlehappy:

it's not a MAINSTREAM game where you can kill anything that moves (COD for OCD), so poor sales is a must. such a waste of a good game (SP with story, no MP). i just wonder if people nowadays have high standart or what (i mean MP mode)

I loved the ending. I think the hugh amount of cineramics where uneeded and made the production cost too high. Some max-payne1 story boards would of sufficed.
Anyway the orginality & gameplay style begs a sequel.

Typical, it's all the GOOD games that doesn't sell well, like this.

I liked it. Guess reviews were harsh with it because there is little replay value and the story is over in 8 hrs max (even when turning around a lot of stones from the side stories)

Just finished it. It was boring and clunky. Had good concepts but just bad execution.

Just got done with it. I'm not going to say oh it was mind blowing but I enjoyed my time with it. I felt like it wrapped up exactly when it should have and didn't outstay it's welcome. A few games could learn a lesson in regards to that. I don't see the need for Ronan to be shown going to heaven at the end. We already say him up there with Julia at the beginning, so for him to just hear her voice and smile I was totally fine with. To say something could have happened and he wasn't reunited with Julia is over thinking it a little. I don't see how the ending sets up for DLC or a sequel at all but I just got done with it and I took the ending at face value.
