Here are the steps you should follow:
Disable Vsync in-game
Find FateEngine.ini in your documents/mygames/murdered soul suspect.
Open FateEngine.ini and go down to where it says bsmoothframerate=False and change that to true.
Next, find usevsync=False and change that to true.
Make the FateEngine.ini file read only (right click > Properties > Read only)
Run the game. Game now plays at 60fps.
Just disable tha Vsync in-game and use the nvidia control panel or RadeonPRO to force Vsync on the game
All i am saying is, if its smooth, who the hell cares how much fps you get?
Except neither the graphics or the world size in this game are really enough to warrant not having 60 fps on current gen consoles... which was my point... and if you've actually compared the two stable 30 is seriously more smooth than jittery 60.
As I said, it seems like an oversight that current gen consoles are locked to 30 - if that is in fact true that it's locked to 30, I'm only going off what the other guy said.
Because your first clause is wrong. 30 fps isn't smooth. Stay on topic or gtfo. Don't ask dumb question.
