It seems, that nobody can help us :(
I dont no, if this a Game bug or nvidia Graphic card problem only. Cant find something to help me in internet.
You may want to try to revert to a previous save file and see if the same thing will happen. Doing this will identify whether the problem lies on the end of the game itself or perhaps the save file. If the problem still persists, we apologize and we suggest you try alternative methods of accomplishing your goal.
If you are finding yourself stuck in the geometry of the game, meaning you cannot move regardless of what you try to do (usually because it's saved that way). There is nothing we're able to do for you, this will require you starting another save file or reverting to another save point. If the game is damaged or you feel this is a manufacturer defect (something that replacing disc would resolve) please feel free to reply to this ticket.

With the Savegame have we really problem, because is everything with checkpoints and with cloud. Also we cant use previously or a older save from the game.
I hope for some patch in the future. Must play a another game for a while.
Thanks again and cheers Doc
What i did is: try run game on save mode (this window before game launches) and turn off everything down. Textures are still down. Close the game. Run the game on normal mode. Turn only resolution to your normal. Everything left on minimal.
I got checkpoint near two policemans. It's second floor exit. When i tried go downstairs, then textures was down. I tried go upstair to the end of the third floor (where 3 texture ghost are). Then in normal walk go to second floor and normal go to first floor. Floor textures should appear.
PS: I have not GPU with DX11 support so i use cmd on steam game "-DX9". So game runs on 64bits DX9 mode. I think it has nothing to do with it but who knows.
I had the same problem, (during the escape the museum checkpoint), what was happening was that the checkpoint was starting my character ahead of its intended location which should have been <doors to demons>.
If I started from the "read ahead" point <guards at top of stairs> the game would cause some graphic bug as I exited to the main exhibit hall of the museum <two girls talking about a bad accident> everything was turned gray, and I would end up in some sort of loop <endless fall> no floor glitch.
To fix the issue, what I did was backtrack from the read ahead point <the guards> back to the <doors to the demons>, and this caused the game to re-spawn the demons, once this happened I moved past the demons, and the game successfully resolved the graphic glitch.
Once I exited the museum, the game triggers a checkpoint save and the game continues normally. From this point out I will make sure to backup the save location continuously after every checkpoint to resolve the issue as I was 14 hours into the game and I want to avoid another glitched checkpoint repeat.
Awesome, this fixed it for me :)
This works.
HOLY MOLLY!!!
