Oversights with the castle

Oversight: can enter/exit build mode during Necrovore cutscene

Bug: the + button for tin ingots in the lava furnace does not work

Annoyance: can get stuck on jungle platform stairs

Bug: The black wall that blocks off the inside of the volcano returns

Oversight: Placing the lava power generator while standing on a hill makes it float
