Hi there, and sorry for the late reply!
If you own the game on Steam, you do not need an activation code. Could you let me know what message you are receiving when trying to launch the game?
Thanks!

Edit: I should have mentioned that I'm trying the game on linux through proton which complicates things. Anyway, I just put in a refunded request.
I think that's is the problem, I'm also on lInux
Sorry, I didn't see the notification of your reply. My problem is similar or equal to Renderwut's problems.
As I open the game Ubisoft Connect asks for a key.
I managed to launch it with proton 7.0-6
Glad to see you were able to launch the game Tomast!
Thanks for sharing what worked for you!

Ubisoft Connect starts fine, but asks me for an activation key, despite having the game Far Cry 3 − Blood Dragon Game Key DLC. :-(
However, the game hangs on the "Tracking" loading screen…
Hi breversa,
Apologies for the late response. I'm also sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.
If this is still the case and you are playing on PC using Windows OS, could you please take a look at the PC troubleshooting in the link below and go through any of the steps you may not have tried, then try again:

However, if the issue persists could you please create a new post and we will assist you further.
Please note if you are using Linux we would be unable to assist you further as it is not officially supported.
I will now lock this thread as it is quite old.
