how to rearrange weapons in slots?

I prefer my weapons in a certain order and while you could easily do that in FC3 using the equip button in the shop, i fail to find a method in FCBD for already equiped weapons.
I thought about dropping all weapons and equip them in the right slot when picking them up, but I also fail to find a drop weapon control. wut?

Sorry for not being able to tell you how but i do know that it is possible to rearrange the weapon locations in their slots

you can only do that whenever you visit a Store at a liberated garrison

Similar to FC3, visit the Store and equip the weapons in order you like.

PRO-TIP:

the Bow? so much better than the pistol, even with the upgrades for it, the Bow is waaaay better (I only need the pistol for the "Insurance Scammer" side-quest)

It's been a while I played FC3, but I thought you could unequip a weapon or reequip an already equiped weapon in another slot, I could be wrong though.
Anyway, in FC:BD it's a rather clumsy system: if I want to change the slot for my bow from 3 to 1, I first have to equip some other unequiped weapon at slot 3 so I can equip the bow to slot 1. Or am I missing something?
