I hope the game is not as bad and as cringe as it shown in trailer?? I mean, I like futuristic and sci-fi shooters. Not of their looks, but because it's that rare apportunity where I can get lots of interesting original weapons that are just fun to use and have huge variety of all possible attacks\fires, strategy and gameplay on how to use them, not the generic pew-pew boring ♥♥♥♥♥can arsenal that I'm very sick of.

While I can't say much about gameplay, what I trully hate is it's stylistic, it's pseudo 80's perspective of future that's obviously fake and not even how in 80's in most video games\movies see future as, only the very bad and cheap ones did. Does the game really look as bad as in trailer?? With all these awful color pallete, le monitor VHS lines, and overall cringest as possible design and colors choice that after a hour of playing you not only get motion sick, but will want to vomit of such awful color choice, and no place at all where you could of have more than same 3 overly bright colors that are repeating over and over??

Wait for November 9th if you want to try it! You can have it for free, if you have Uplay account and Uplay installed, which means you dont have to use steam!
The bulk of what this game is selling is the asethetic that you don't really seem to like at all. This games wants to be a bad low budget sci-fi action film from the 80's. Without it's art style it's just nothing more than a mini Far Cry game. It is a fun game, but if you're not liking the VHS/80's/Campy look and feel then it may be a safe asumption that this isn't a game aimed for you.

as long as it doesn't have this toxic pallete and overbright lights pretty much everywhere, unnecessary meme lines to fake the VHS camera screen, random "screen glitches" and at least some actual sci-fi fun to use weapons, it should of be worth playing.
Those colors, lights, fake VHS lines and the rest are the dominate sytlistics choices that run throughout the game. With the exception of the (possibly) Tron-like bow, most of the weapons are basically little more then slightly sci-fi variations of typical military stlyled video game guns. The art style and other choices (cybernetic dinosaurs, scan lines, color pallete) are the main dish being plated. While the game is fun, in a similar way to the other Far Cry games, the only thing really seperating it from the others is the campy cheesy B-movie inspired choices. From the sound of what you're saying, this is simply not the type of sci-fi experience that you seem to be looking for. However, if you truly are curious about the game, as sugarPARK said, on November 9th (I think) Ubisoft is giving the game away for free on their UPlay service. That way you can play the game and not be out of anything other than time spent. As I said, it's a fun little game, but it's most asuredly going for the B-Movie/80's/VHS, etc style. Those stylistic choice run dominately in the game.

Let's say this game IS what someone is looking for. What else could you recommend that has similar style? Personally, I've gone through the Hotline miami experience and I'm craving more.
Not entirely sure, always on the lookout. I loved the look and feel of this, as well as the Hotline Miami games. The only differnce is that I good at this, while Hotline Miami I freaking terrible at, lol.

If you don't like bright colors, ♥♥♥♥ off bright lights, cheesy one liners and synth soundtracks, don't get this game. There's a lot of them that go for the grim and gritty, very few that pay homage to the absolute campiest of the 80s.

As for the gameplay, it's very much a retexture of Far Cry 3. There's no clever game mechanics or anything, just FC3 regarding weapons, enemies, map and stealth.

love when people automatically associate outrun and synth as A E S T H E T I C and vaporwave, ugh.

Just a friendly FYI that your OP has nothing to do with vaporware.
Vaporware is not about how something looks to someone or how much fun it will be to play.
It is something that was announced to the public but that might not ever be released, despite years of news about it, etc.
For example, Duke Nukem Forever was in a vaporware state for many years, until it actually made a release.
Since Blood Dragon is very much released though, it can't (by definition) be vaporware.
