30 fps lock

I got this game on Uplay for free but its locked at 30 fps!! Help me pls (V-Sync isnt on)

I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter where you buy the game, all keys are for Uplay. If you get it on Steam, you just get a key that you have to activate on Uplay and you are just able to launch the game through Steam.

I don't know why you would get 30 fps. If you have a 60 hz monitor and turn on v-sync without also turning on tripple buffering, I think it will drop to 30 fps if you cannot maintain at least 60. Maybe v-sync is forced on in the Nvidia OR AMD control panel?

Have you tried setting the game to the lowest video quality settings to see if it goes up?

What GPU and CPU are you running?

I7 6700HQ and Gtx 960M get only more as 30 fps on low and 800x600 on higher resolution i never get more its locked at 30 fps dont know why

I tried searching and a lot of people talk about it being locked to 30 fps and almost all of them say it was becasue they had v-sync turned on and set to "2 frames".

That is the only reason I can think of why it would be locked to 30. I don't know what else to try, maybe someone else will be able to help.

With a 960M, I think you should be able to get 50-60 fps at 1920x1080 and medium video quality settings.

Tried all settings in the Menü i got up to 150 fps but then i start the game i get never over 30 fps on low settings and Full HD

Ahh i found the mistake in Nvidia Control-Panel it was set to integrated graphics !!!
