You need planet where is water, you can build it to water unless there is something wrong with depth of watert.

Sorry, i forgot that everyone who ever purchases a new game is supposed to instinctivly know; exactly how to play, what the controls are, what to do, how to do it. Especially when there is no tutorials. Forgot about that.
