Change resolution?

Greetings,
On my 4k laptop, this game is basically unplayable with only Windowed and Full Screen options. Full screen, performance is terrible as it always comes up at 4k with no way that I can see to change the resolution.
Windowed falls back to the integrated graphics and the window at 1/4 of the screen is impossible to read/poor performance that way.

How can you change resolution in this game? Thanks!

PA uses your native windows resolution, so you could change it to 1080p.
You can also try using sub-sample options that will help improve performance by lowering the game resolution but not the UI resolution.
There is a a mod that may help you for the UI, 4K GUI Scale found in the community mods menu.

So no way to change resolution then? I mean, destroying all application and desktop placement settings just to play a game seems a bit dramatic vs. a simple resolution setting like most games have had since the late 90's. hehe.

The issue is due to the UI using chromium which i believe is fixed to the native resolution.

Like i said you can use the sub sampling settings for the resolution, to help performance.

Use the 4K GUI Scale mod to correct. You can change the resolution using resolution scaling, but that's only for the rendering of the 3D elements.
