Demon Ash?
I was able to fight the demon first time I came across him, but now I can only accept his trade or refuse. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

You need the Paladin in your party, if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah, that option is available only if you have the right character in party. I'm not 100% but it's either paladin or priest.

The two of you are right, you need to have a Paladin in your party before you can attack a demon.
