This is a pretty serious issue, and I'm not keen on having to force reset my entire rig.
Make sure that you check the file consistency before launching - the patch should eliminate most of the crashes - but make sure you HAVE THE CURRENT VERSION.
To check your game version: enable console (by pressing ctrl+~), input _version and press Enter.
Please note that if you will start the game on Insane and change the difficulty to any lower level - the game will use the lowest difficulty level ever chosen to count achievements.\
If you want achievements on insane - play the whole walkthrough on insane.
The game had a FoV slider since the beggining. And it works just fine.
He's probably referring to that the FoV slider always resets after launching the game again.
Shadow Warrior (Tier 2)
Complete the game on difficulty Normal
Shadow Warrior (Tier 3)

Shadow Warrior (Tier 4)

Hell On Earth (Tier 2)

Hell On Earth (Tier 3)
Kill 10 enemies with one shot on difficulty Hard
Hell On Earth (Tier 4)
Kill 10 enemies with one shot on difficulty Insane
I play this game 1st on normal and then on insame and i dont have it
check this pls
If it would work I wouldn´t ask for a fix, I didn´t say to the others, achievements are working just because they did for me.
That´s not complete true, it doesn´t save the settings, so there is no difference if I use default or custom setting.
