Howdy! First bug update is here. The following updates were made (4/10/24):

Fixed issue where some inventory items could be picked up multiple times. (How many of you got the change from the payphone twice? lol)
Increased hotspot sizes for some of the smaller things.
Added flavor text.
Spelling errors.

Saving my uncle ... stuck

Oh my God! I need a walkthrough too! This game is just awesome and I love it - but ... yeah I must say that I´m stuck just in the middle of nowhere :( Is there any chance to figure out how can I save my uncle? What have I missed?

Hi everybody! Now that the demo is live I wanted to announce that the kickstarter for Bent Oak Island is coming soon! Please follow it if you are interested in helping the game's development. Link is below:

I want to be clear, Bent Oak Island will be released no matter what, but funds from the kickstarter campaign will help me pay off the bills I already have for developing the game. And if there is a little extra after that, I plan on adding some really cool stuff that I wouldn't otherwise be able to!

Linux native support is coming..?

Linux gamers are point 'n' click enthusiasts in great numbers - just as Ron Gilbert himself stated after the success of Thimbleweed Park. Bent Oak Island would also be perfect gamed on Steam Deck

What are the plans and estimates on the Linux port of this game? Thanks alot in advance....
