The game has been released, so that's like saying you should be fine if the Big Mac you just bought doesn't have any meat because maybe they might serve a burger patty in the next few weeks. The deal is a complete game for full price at launch, this is not early access

it would be cool, i liked to be a arabic king in stronghold crusader 1 (you had two options like medieval european king or arabic king), maybe in this one we will get new options :D

Im pretty sure in multiplayer you can be a crusader lord or an arabic lord. Only difference unit wise is towers and church/mosque.

You can select one of the Ai character models in Skirmish. For example, you can play as an Arabic faction with the Saladin or Slave King character model. Just click on your portrait in the skirmish lobby.

Games can be patched with additional content post launch, happens all the time.
