In Windows it should be under Libraries/Documents/My Documents/Stronghold Crusader 2/Profiles.
Open the file with WordPad or some other simple text editor, change what you want, save, run game. Works with the resolution settings and such...haven't tried them all.
Like always, make a backup copy of the options.xml file to a temp folder, just in case.
You can try what the poster above stated to see if that helps...
Open the "options XML" file with wordpad..
There you will find a list of options followed by usually a number or false/true..
Try these changes to see if it helps...
Find these..
x_res="1920" y_res="1200"
Change 1920 to 1024
Change 1200 to 768
Also these............
<graphics ssao="0" msaa="1" dof="false" terrain_detail="3" terrain_shader="3" terrain_detail_textures="true" rim_light="true" bloom="1" tone_mapping="true" lod_scaling="2" dynamic_lights="true" vertical_sync="false" shadow_quality="1" particle_detail="2" water_detail="1" texture_detail="3" overall="4"
Anything that has a high number 2,3 or 4 for example....change them to a "0"
Also anything that says true change to "false"
Remember to change the number/true/false only.....Do not change anything else including the parenthesis.
When you are finished over on the far top left you will see a emblem surrounded by blue...
Click on it and you will see the2 options to save...
Save
And save as
Click on save and then try and start your game if the game does start go in your graphics settings and make sure everything is off or at low.
This may seem daunting but it is really quite easy if you follow my instructions to the letter.
Good luck
Any questions ill see ya online
i can't find "options XML' :l
Hit "start" on bottom left then look for "my documents" it should be in there

Your processor looks to be slightly above the system requirements.
Your memory is right at the limit so adding another 2 GB of Ram might help.
This isnt the full report tho because i see nothing of your graphics card.
Try this..
Go to this page and find Stronghold Crusader 2 on the list.
Click it and let it run and please post results here.
