Only complaint - Game speed
Title. This game like its prequels definitely needs a means to increase game speed. This is my only major complaint but i am baffled as to how previous games had this and this does not.

Try using + and - surely they didn't remove such a feature?
Obiwan Sep 23, 2014 @ 12:48am
Already tried it Cossack. They appear to have.

Speeding up time was - for me yesterday (first buttong left of backspace) and slowing down is ) which is left of that one.
Obiwan Sep 23, 2014 @ 12:56am
In that case it does not appear to work in multiplayer.
Fenumeher Sep 23, 2014 @ 12:57am
Did that work in the previous multiplayer? Almost all games that I know that had speeding up didnt support it in multiplayer.
Daniel Sep 23, 2014 @ 12:57am
You can speed up or slow the game down by using the plus/minus keys of your keyboard.
Polan Sep 23, 2014 @ 1:09am
It would be terrible idea to give control over game speed to each players over multiplayer game.
O_o Sep 23, 2014 @ 1:34am
versus many AI opponents it was very helpful to slow down the gamespeed .

It is not possible for individual player to do this in a multiplayer game.

Lets be gratefull for that. I wouldnt want to play against a guy that kept on increasing time and know EXACTLY how to place every building and press every button in time to come and zerg my ass :p
O_o Sep 23, 2014 @ 1:46am
yap, in mp its not necessary. But they could add a slower speed function than "normal" speed.

Rise of Nations.

But besides that you can usually set from predefined speeds.
kaiyl_kariashi Sep 23, 2014 @ 4:46am
Yeah, but in Rise of nations everyone had to vote on it every time someone wanted to change the speed (and it used up one of your time-outs).
Obiwan Sep 23, 2014 @ 6:27am
like i said predefined speeds. Why is people only read half your answer?

Give us options for Normal and Fast for multiplayer is all im saying.

That said been playin some skirmish and i am REALLY impressed the AI is pretty vicious too ... anyone that boycotted this because of SH3 should reconsider.
GrimDaReaper Sep 23, 2014 @ 6:34am
i like playing in slowest. i hate high speed to easy and make boring low speed chill and harder
