Stern's licensing for Elvira: House of Horrors appears to be ending with the end of 2024, so I'd say the chances for Party Monsters and Scared Stiff will increase quite a bit.

I don't see how one thing has anything to do with the other.

Zen already has a license for the Bally/Williams titles. Doing the Stern table would require a license with Stern in addition to whatever other licensing may be needed. The Stern license is held by Farsight for Pinball Arcade. Even if they haven't been doing any new tables for several years, they still have the license.

It's very possible the license Stern had with Elvira for House of Horrors prevented her signing with Zen for Party Monsters and Scared Stiff. If so, that may be cleared Jan. 1. Or not. We'll know if those tables appear soon.
