Voyage 2 2 ( Arctic expedition, 2nd mission )

Am I missing something killing them or is this just bugged ?

you can't let them step on the swamp area, they die there, in some maps that just slows them down, in others the swamp kills them.

Some additional info, this is on 2.0.4, I have also tried with removing the snowy layer of land and letting them walk on the sand, they still die.

The comment that they can't step on the swamp doesn't make sense. My followers don't even touch the swamp, they just kneel and die before they get there. I thought it was the snow, but like zlozle said they still die. There's no reason the swamp would kill them because there are even shrines of speed strategically placed to allow them to walk in the swamp.

Suggested solution - in voyages you can use the dig power even if its not unlocked (atleast I could)

You can use the dig power to drown the giant directly between the start and end of this particular map - having a straight shot towards it.

Easy and quick solution.

The solution is to travel on the outside of the swampy area, up and over the snow.

Wow.. so swamp changed what it does.. and nothing tells you this. You just have to hope its not a bug.

The swamp in 1.3 caused followers to sicken & die, it's nothing new. A minor mimic of reality, swamps are fetid places that spawn diseases & illness. Beautify used to fix the swamps.

That is NOT all of them. Villagers still dying no matter where i direct them.

When I clicked one of the Followers just before they die, the Status reads "Entering Temple".
