Got it from looking at DoomsDay1990's info, he is not 100% correct it just happened to work out for him.

Solution
Can't draw out the symbols with text but all wires start at the two triangles pointing left and right, blue ends at the triangles pointing up and down, yellow ends at the triangle split in three, red ends at the solid triangle pointing down.

Have that exact setup.

Finally got it on Vella's side after you get the Hexigal swinging.

I still wonder if anyone found out HOW we're supposed to figure that out. If I counted right, there are 27k possible patterns (or about 25k if you can't have 2 wires connect to the same two pins).

The solution is pointless if you don't understand it, right?

Working from the supposition that you have to try to mimic Rocky's dancing pattern by choosing one point the wires come out from and three other points they go to, the number of possible combinations is 359 (300 if you suppose correctly it's a different starting point, 60 if you suppose correctly the starting point is the left right triangles as opposed to the up down ones of normal dancing), which is still a lot, although it would be much (6x) easier if they told you when you've got the correct points joined but with the wrong colour wires, which I don't know if they do. I'd be interested to know if there's a more concrete clue in the game, or just wanted to inspire a community wide hunt.

BTW about DoomsDay1990's hint 2:

Note the or there is a key point. You only get an indication if either the direction is wrong. Or the colour is wrong. If both the colour and direction are wrong there's no indication. In other words if one of the wires if going left to right when it should be going right to left (or whatever) and your red wire should be where the yellow wire is or whatever, there will be no indication.If one is going left to right when it should be going right to left you will get an indication. You will also get one if you red wire is where (with right direction) yellow should be (also with right direction).

I don't know if this has been solved somewhere else but I'm also wondering how you're supposed to work this out. In DoomsDay1990's answer the wiring is basically rotated. But this doesn't seem to always be the case. In my case the colours are flipped too. Although from the symbols, you'd always be starting from one point.

In terms of the changes in the symbols, I can't see a clear pattern of change. If the yellow one still had double arrowheads for both, and the red one was a different symbol, you could say the symbols were opposite or something.

I can only assume then the intention was that it would be found via guess work/random luck.

Change the right/left arrows to up/down or if you start with up/down like I did, switch the first column of symbols to left/right. This served as a good starting point to guess at where to start all the wires from. Leaving only the end and order combinations to try, which the verbal feedback hinted that my attemped order of wire color was off. Next, I matched the second column to Nil Ennie's symbol screenshots, which worked.
