Report a translation problem
You can tell that Steam uses the "Postal Plus" version of the game, by looking at Postal Dudes trenchcoat. In the original version of the game, his trenchcoat was khaki. In "Postal Plus", his trenchcoat is pine green.
There isn't any editor or multiplayer in the Steam version; updating them wasn't a priority (levels built with the existing editor tools will work though). If there's enough demand, we'll update it and wire in Steam Workshop support, though.
Multiplayer was janky as ♥♥♥♥. Probably not working on that myself, ever. Sorry.
