No Voices?

I have no voices at all ingame.. it's all just background sounds. Help?
I've installed it a second time already and updated the drivers, but to no avail.
It seems to only affect dialogue voices. The subtitles are there, but there's nobody saying it.
It's really awkward to see the people moving their mouth with no sound coming out.

Go into sound options and make sure "dialogue volume" is not at zero.

I have already made sure that that's not the case.
It still doesn't work. The dialogue volume is at 100% and I hear no dialogue voices.
The non-dialogue voices work perfectly fine (Like when you walk by someone) But the dialogue voices are gone.

Did you check to make sure your drivers are up to date? Reinstall? <-- Dell Tech support answers but still worth a shot.

I already checked my audio drivers and so forth as I had said before.
And I have already reinstalled the game aswell.

It sounds to me like you may have your computer setup to the wrong speaker type. For instance if it's set to 5.1 speakers and you have 2 (stereo) then you're going to be missing sounds played on specific channels, or at best hearing them heavily muffled.

I am using logitech headphones and I don't have voice dialog
