my account just got banned while i was playing the steam version on my computer. i will be completly honest about my usage of hacks before i got the WARNING NOTICE. But after that account warning i never used any kind of HACKS or THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS anymore. I was just playing the steam version of the game and all of a sudden i got BANNED for doing exactly NOTHING

In some games the ban is not instant, they will have the ban ready for a ban wave which looks like you got caught in. This game is legit a casual game why cheat at all to begin with I will never understand....

I'm very sorry (note my irony) but people like you shouldn't even receive a warning, permaban and block on your Steam account is what you should have so people know what kind of person you are.

That just happened to me and I'm looking for a way to restore my acc, except it's not a steam acc... It's a Google acc and I was looking for an answer for an hour or so rn and I'm still left with nothing so if yall got something for me I'll be more then happy to hear it (I also have no idea how to contact the sky support team so..)

TGC doesn't usually weigh cheating allegations in favour of the accused. Banwaves are banwaves.

the game had or does have microtransactions and doesn't respect the time of the players trying to get candles for the traveling merchants along with having fomo. He was in his right to do so, I don't condone cheating but for a game that is rife like this it's kinda deserved. I mean for gods sake journey was amazing this just spits on the previous game and goodwill

still this is not justified. if you cheat in Sky you are just lazy to find dedicated candle run groups

Justified or not, TGC is most certainly justified to ban for it. Servers are theirs, so are the rules. Choose single-player games or multiplayer with self-hostable servers if you'd like to do this safely. Sky is, sadly, neither. Moreover, this applies to a lot more than just games, but that'd be off-topic here.
