The gunslinger zed time level 25 perk with the fast reload time works on occasion and sometimes it does not.

Bahumut just use dual pistols and after you put the magazine in the second weapon, switch weapons and it will be reloaded instantly. Really no need for the fast reload perk on gunslinger

He wasn't talking about speedloader, he was talking about the real time reload perk. Using speedloader and the perk that lets you switch weapons quickly pretty much makes gunslinger a constant shooter with the technique you described. (Wrong by the way, after first mag goes into any pistol, both are loaded, check ammo counter. You empty a weapon, reload, then switch before the full animation and continuously do that unless something big's on the scene. )
