Report a translation problem
The console and PC clients for KF2 are in sync at a high level, for seasonal updates, DLC additions, core balance, etc., but you can see they receive slightly different fixes and tweaks.
So they aren't synchronized towards cross-play. Plus, some UI elements, browser treatment, FoV, probably several other minor interactive and tech things (been a while since I tried the PS4 Pro version) aren't 1:1 match and wouldn't support proper cross-play.
I dunno how people on PC would feel about husks, scrakes, and fleshpounds having noticably more health than they're used to just cuz the console versions need to keep running at 60fps. I guess in a cross-platform server, console spectator mode could run at 30fps if a wave they're spectating is balanced around PC build but as soon as they spawn in, the game will start using the console balancing sheets.
For example zeds are more likely to ignore AFK players. Curious to know how many people noticed that.
