Voice Chat Troubleshooting

Even after scouring the web I for some reason can't hear my teammates and they can't hear me. I've double checked voice receive volume and my inputs and outputs on windows. I've updated my .ini files. I can do an in-game microphone test and can do zoom calls just fine. I'm not sure why I can't do voice chat in-game. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
