Vault Chests not in inventory

So i just got three chests from the vault after prestege.
Restarted and still no chests, i wasnt sure if that happened last time i got a vault chest, but now im sure it happened a few times. As this time i unlocked 3 in a row and got nothing.

It should be handled later. Don't know what triger that handle though. Once I was waiting for around 50 cases couple weeks.

Weeks? This bug has been going on for over a year, where you have to restart the game to see the new vault crates, but now thats no longer working =, =
I cant even figure out why that would happen.
The crates arent even in my Steam Inventory.

I am having the exact same problem. I am no longer getting crates after filling the dosh vault. I have filled it 5 times and no crates.

I thought it might be auto unlocking them, but its not even doing that, nothing new is appearing in my inventory.

This generally happens when you had previously received too many creates and have not "caught up" on dosh vault money. Were you granted any excess crates recently?

I have no idea, it started a few months back, do you mean that the game GAVE me multiple crates? because the only crates i get are from rounds, and the vault.

Recently i got preteiged and it gave me enough vault points to get three chests, but that only confirmed i wasnt getting any.
Previously i havent gained vault crates, but i wasnt sure till it game me three and i recieved nothing.
I havent been given any weird influxes of crates.

Hi.
For me this work around is working:
- Go to the home menu
- klick on news (Steam overlay will open)
- Close the overlay and go to inventory
- Wololo, now u got the Pyjama crate/s

Ah something new to try! i'll update you if it works.

EDIT: nope didn't work, in fact it did something weird and started lagging the game out when changing tabs. But no Vault Crates.

It did smt wierd?! What is that?

Me and my friends always tab out on the first map we play - coz of laggy game.

U didnt miss smt. Most of these are golden Skins + every 4th crate a pyjama...i mean ;)

Filled the vault with cash and got a crate today, odd. checking through my inventory skins i found some Vault skins i didnt have before the update? I am so confused no update on what happened, just random new skins i didnt open?
