No Redist Folder

So I tried to play kf2 recently and for some reason the bugsplat crash report kept popping up. I validated files and reinstalled the game and it still didn't work. So I looked in the files and there isn't a redist folder in here at all.

Surely like most games it has been changed to install things when needed from here.

I solved the issue, kinda. I went and scanned my computer for any folder related to killing floor and deleted all of the contents and the folders itself, and reinstalled the game. Now the game doesn't crash anymore. Thanks anyway.
