Webadmin login is broken - Invalid form data

If you're having problems with logging in like I did (even forgot I'd make this thread already), try a different browser first.

So I still cannot login to this for some reason. After making sure to run the updater several times on my dedicated server so it's up to date with the current non-beta version, it's still not working for me.

As you know, updating the server resets the adminpassword in the .bat file to 123. Changing it before didn't get me better results so I intended to just work with that, login to the webadmin with it and then change it there if possible.

I made sure that adminpassword was set to 123 in the DefaultGame.ini and PCServer-KFGame.ini so it matched the .bat file. I can't find an adminname variable anywhere. I've then started the server (fresh for every attempt because I can recall a weird thing before where a bad login attempt would result in the login page not accepting the right data either) and tried the standard options.

admin. Admin. user. My own username. Name field left blank. All with 123. None of them work.
I don't have any mods or mutators installed or anything. At a total loss here. Would really love to be able to host my own games again.

in PCServer-KFGame.ini is "[Engine.AccessControl]" under that is "AdminPassword= " that should be the only thing that a pass word is set .
"DefaultGame.ini " should not be touched
in the bat file there should not be any password info IF using ' PCServer-KFGame.ini "

I shall attempt to make it work with these instructions shortly.

Update: Well I was slowly making the transition to this situation just to make sure I didn't miss anything along the way. Started by removing the two game.ini files and running the updater to get fresh copies. Left them blank, tried to login to no avail. Put the password in PCServer-KFGame.ini (leaving it in the .bat - I know what you said, but no harm in trying) and nothing.

Was about to take it out of the .bat when I decided to just try a different browser. Got in with "user" and the default password. What. Is it really possible that all this time the webadmin has been working but my browser has been silently screwing me over? >_<

EDIT 2: Just checking to make sure it'll work with other passwords and such. And hopefully I'll never have to post about this ever again. Bloody hell, I miss listen servers.

You should not use DefaultGame.ini, go to PCServer-KFGame.ini, just change

AdminPassword=Create a password to login, (Just change = change this, "Create a password to login"

And then open the server's .bat with the right button, click edit and place it in the server's .bat.

?AdminName=and enter the name you will enter in webadmin.

Thanks, this helped. I had the same issue. Its been awhile since I used the WebAdmin. I might of forgot.

I used my browser in incognito mode. Most Extensions are not enabled in incognito. disabled I had any left over. That worked for me.

Chromium on linux doesnt work with web admin, i use firefox instead
