how to play private with friends?

I've tried to do private match but can't get my friends with me, even i send them invite/they're at my party. Can someone please help me, maybe step by step? :)

you need to go to create a match an then choose difficulty and game mode. and map should be at any because you can vote it after the first match. then at the bottom you can choose to make it private. you should do that if you want to play with just your friends. then just start it at the top button. then choose password and wait for it to find a server. when it finds a server then you can invite your friends. that should work hope this helps :)

all the servers are pretty full though so you might need to try it a few times for it to find a server. because it doesnt create a server so to say it h´just takes over a pre existing server on the list
