best gore settings

So as far as altering the gore settings in the ini, what seems to be the best settings for max blood, guts, and bodies without the terrible slowdown by wave 8-9? Here's waht mine are right now. I'm not sure if there are any more related settings though.

I don't mind gore and blood and s**t but i find it very ugly and annoying when i have shiny blood all over the map, i barely see the inviroment, and it doesnt even look realistic. But at the same time i would like to see the zeds head pop off when i shoot them, but they keep dying like spagetti.

What you mean by that? Ive got gtx980 4gb and atleast i dont have any problems.
They should add all those .ini file settings to its own GORE options ingame.
