Unless "Stat net", "Stat Net" and "Stat NET" don't work when both words in all caps would. Which probably isn't the case?
Did you actually try this in game? All I got was a working Stat FPS command which shows me approximate FPS and an ms rating not equal to my ping on the scoreboard.
