http://wiki.tripwireinteractive.com/index.php?title=Dedicated_Server_(Killing_Floor_2)#Starting_the_Server
I ended up doing the same thing and put it in a new directory and it worked for about 14 hours then suddenly **POOF** it dropped off the master list again and I couldn't see my server in LAN. Ports are 100% not an issue for me because it was working and tons of people were playing then literally out of nowhere it just stopped showing up for people so matchmaking stopped directing people to my server.. Can the other people that had this issue chime in and see if their servers did the same thing? Both server AND game are up to date: v1006..
EDIT: This issue is occurring when client version and game version aren't working. Even if you validate/update your server files it can say they are up to date at v1006 without actually knowing what version the game is actually at. I just reinstalled server manually and it is at v1007 now... Does anyone know a way to update the server files that actually works without having to reinstall every update?
