How do you drop your gun?

Sounds like a silly question, I know. But I was just wondering since I couldn't see an option for that in the keybindings menu.

Backspace by default. There is a keybind option to switch.

Feel free to check your in game control settings to change and or discover what certain controls are and do.

The option is called "Throw Weapon". I don't really know how you could miss it. You don't even need to scroll down to see it.

It could have something to do with me playing on the lowest resolution and searching for the command mid-fight.

May games it's labeled as "Drop Weapon" but I suppose throw is accurate if it goes more than 3 feet in front of you.
