Blue Screen of Death
I keep getting a bluescreen and crash back to windows after playing for about 10 - 15 minutes.
Annoying as hell as everything else looks great!

Sounds like an over-heating issue potentially.

checking your system dump can tell you the problem.. they are stored in C:\Windows\Minidump

1) Possible over-heating.
2) Update your video-drivers.

I had that with my OC'ed 4770k.

Turned out that this game required specifically to raise the Vcore voltage to 1.3 volt.

Was there ever any solution to this?

I keep Blue Screening as well, and I'm running:

AMD R9 270X with latest official drivers.
AMD Phenom II x4 965 Black Edition (OC: 3.6 GHz)
4 GBs of RAM
Windows 7 Ultimate

I'm trying to figure out how to open these dmp files.

Time to make a screen shot with your phone or give me the numbers so i can track them down for you what happend. If its software hardware or even corruption. Or blame the drivers who knows give us more details than only yah people i got a blue screen game is bad...... Or whatever you want to say about it.

Blue screens are related to hardware mostly. 4GB RAM might no be enough, so it cant process all the stuff.

Imo it's probably related to RAM issue. I had bluescreens also like couple of months ago and ran some of kind of software (can't remember the name) to determine if my RAM was broken. And indeed, one of my RAM bars was giving lot of errors. So, should check it out.

But yeah, blue screens = hardware issues.

* The software is called MemTest. You download and put it on an USB key, then launch your computer via the USB key and it should do the test by itself. Something like If I remember well.

Nah its not always that case like i say before it can a corruption in drivers. Or other software that f*cks your gameplay. So its not blue screens hardware issues.

that is false.. yes BSOD can be hardware related but doesnt mean it's your hardware.. a system that has never had many (if at all) BSOD doesn't just start having them just because...it's most likely drivers/software more often than hardware.

Can I just upload the minidump for you? I'll link you to a mediafire upload if you can somehow decipher or open it.

looks like a driver issue.. remove/reinstall your video card drivers and checked for updated system drivers (bios, sound, LAN, etc)?

I went from the latest official AMD drivers to the beta drivers, and I thought all was fine and dandy, since I was able to play a full game, but then it crashed again when I fought the Patriarch.

I got one as well the other day after 5 minutes in game. It was only in Killing Floor 2 and only that one time. Just thought I'd throw that out there as well
