how do i change my name in kf2 cant find on googel and steam name dont work

Uhm... the game DOES use your steam name lol, it's just if you change your name while being ingame, it won't work, you have to relog. Change your name before going ingame and it should work.

no my steam name do not show upp ingame and i havent changed my name att all

soon as you launch the game it should show it on the top right corner..

It's a Problem with the encoding of special chars in the game such as in mine / . and the ™

I can Confirm that removing "/" or other special characters, won't refer you to (player)
