Metal for the win.

Slipknot, Thy Art Is Murder, Lamb of God, Cannibal Corpse, Hollywood Undead, Disturbed, Kreator, Dismember, Vader, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Belphegor, Be'lakor, ABORTED, Suffocation etc etc.

Yeah, of course not everyone likes metal or hardcore but it's the kind of game that must use hardcore metal, Put dubstep in a game like this and it would be the same as if you put Old School Gangsta Hip Hop in a game for 8 years old kids.

Dubstep is fine I guess but it just doesn't makes sense in this game, neither do Lil Wayne, pop or whatever.
Metallica isn't enough for a game like this.

Death Metal is the best option for a game like this

Well, at least that's my opinion.

But there is Aggrotech (Dark Electro) that could probably makes sense in a game like this (see Devil May Cry Original Soundtrack).

By the way, people saying to use Winamp, there is also a mp3 player integrated in Steam, You can have your music library there instead of using Winamp or any other app.

Also, I don't see what's the problem with christian metal, it's as great as the rest of other types of metal.

I tried playing Killing floor with Nas, Tupac, Lost Boyz, Biggie, 50 Cent and some more on and it wasn't that great, it just doesn't makes sense in a game like his, except if your character is a gangsta and the map is in the streets of Compton but even so, you're killing zeds not gangs or cops.

Well, it also depends of what kind of oldschool hip hop, Hardcore Hip Hop or horrorcore could do but other than that, not really.
