But I swear, if this game has splitscreen, I'm preordering outta sheer appreciation. Immediately. Played the f outta the original and plan to do the same with this game, but I doubt I will get it at launch ordinarily due to PC troubles as of late.
+1 to splitscreen.
Unreal Tournament 3, too, but it's hidden in the console. This game runs on UE3, so that may be possible.
Hahahahaha. For a PC gamer, you don't know it very well, do you?
There are tons of great games that have Split-Screen available on the PC, probably more than any given console around this moment of time. PC is about options and local co-op is an option.
I don't mean all the consoles combined, but there's more than if you were to compare one individual console. It's a start.
Sorry if I'm coming across as a bit of a jerk, I do that sometimes.
I'm not kidding, I could count them if you want.
I'll have a look now.
(Note: Splitscreen =/= Samescreen)
According to this, there's about 100 games on the PS3 with splitscreen and only 25 on the PC. I get that it doesn't account for all the games, surely, but there are roughly 4 times as much well known games running local multiplayer on PS3 than there are on PC.
360 has even more.
