KF2 Leveling Map
Are there any rules about using a custom map to level your perks fast? Because I found a map that levels up your perks fast and I am not sure if I should use it.

There are no rules against using custom maps to level up.

Just don't play Sui / HoE. People will know you used perk trainers and will call you out on them.

TW will reset the perks, so who gives a crap if try it or not. This way you get an idea of the end game as well.

Also this map is still a pain to level zerker. Other classes have a grenades that do damage.

Perks will not reset, the only problem with using a leveling map from the start is that you won't know how to deal with the zed mechanics (scs/fps/hans) in higher levels. The only time I would use a perk level is when i was close to getting to level 20, and just wanted to get that quick skill (medic vaccination mainly)to make suicidal and HoE runs a bit easier. So no, there are no rules in using the leveling map, just that you're more than likely to not enjoy the game in higher difficulties/ won't be helpful in higher difficulties if getting max levels fast is all you care about.

I got the game day 1, and heard that perks will reset. It was listed on the store page at one point. So do not whine when we do, etc etc.

I guess this means that achievements will not reset as well?

Nope, they won't reset any of it.

This is why custom maps should not give exps. ...

On the other hand I do not mind when people use these kind of maps, I really do not, if they only join on normal/hard difficulty.

People who use those maps are the reason I got my own server so that I can ban people without warning if they suck. You can make 1 mistake. If you do something stupid you are banned for life. I'm sick of deealing with high level noobs since KF1 and in KF2 you will not ruin my games.

Casuals aswell. I ban casuals all the time. You don't want to play - go waste someone elses time.

Yes and in order to have fun you need a good team, and good team means people who don't use leveling maps and know how to play. After spending hour and a half beatin a 10 wave HoE game the last thing you want is a high level perk leveling map noob to join your game and rage all the 10 SC left at the end :D

Noobs - pelase leave the people who can play to play and join only hard/normal servers.
