Item drops are indeed buggy at the moment when it comes to actually receiving them, but the fact they got an actual key as a drop is a quite hopeful sign for all you angry people out there.

That is brilliant, all those complainers surely must feel like idiots! Although i might be wrong, since most of them whine about how skins are bad while owning tf2,payday and csgo skins and actually wanting those skins but are upset about having to pay for them. Even though they actually don't.
