Need gorefast tips as commando
Been practicing headshots and some trigger discipline with the 9mm/variment/bulpup to the point where I can drop most critters in my killzone pretty quickly but gorefasts are always giving me the hardest damn time.

Their range of movements are incredibly frustrating for me to get a clean shot because their head motions feel like they have a really wide and quick swing to them, the sudden sprint they do also throws my aim off and sometimes I just get unlucky in that the moment I fire is the time they decide to fling their blade up and block it. I thought slashers would be harder but I noticed their head moves constantly in the same tight circle when coming at me so its pretty easy.

Is this just a tricky enemy for commando?

sudden movement speed mostly happen when gorefast get hit and his hp is a bit low, might randomly happen in suicidal/HoE as well. when they are swinging your bullets may hit their blade which makes it also hard, try to land headshots when you first notice them to make it easier for you.

I usually find it easiest to bait them to perform an attack, back up then get the headshot. Learning their attackmanimations is key to this method. If they are calm a simple aim for the face works at any distance from hipfire.

Another way to learn is to play in tight spaces and fight under pressure so that way you can aim faster. Get your headshot rate per min up.

Also make sure you have the crosshairs enabled and you aren't zooming in for shots when they are close to you. If they are within 20 feet or so, depending on your vision, you should no scope them. The farther away you can headshot them without scoping the better.

first thing I turned on when I started the game, its gunna sound odd but I use the botton notch of the crosshairs to line up my shots by placing it on the center of the chest and I usually get a headshot rhythm going after the first kill.

I've actually gotten pretty good with backup + dualies because I can also acheive a rhythm with them but using dualies seems frowned upon some.

Dualies will decrease your skill. Its more of a mental thing. Thinking you have enough ammo so its okay to miss. Go back to single.
